The 604m Canton Tower built in 2009, opened in 2010. Designed by DutchArchitects, “Information Based Architects” (IBA), the concept of the tower was a simple idea of a twisted tower resulting in a complex and challenging design, which resulted in a tower - shaped of a “sexy woman”, the tower earned a nickname “Xiao YaoMan”which means “young girl with narrow waist”.

Joinmax were awarded the “Façade Lighting Contract” to Design, Supply and Install the complete lighting system, including control. With a team of experts Joinmax successfully coordinated, delivered, engineered and installed the dynamic LED system with pleasing results.
